Orenna Zenith ‘s experience starts with a sound healing therapy to promote relaxation and inner harmony, followed by a bespoke fragrant ceremony with essential oil blends to lift the mood, alleviate specific symptoms and improve concentration. Followed by a Tibetan singing bowl that is rung at the beginning and end of the 60-minute sound bathing session. Furthermore, the session includes deep breathing exercises, meditation, and a ritual guaranteed to restore focus, heighten the senses, and soothe residual aches and tension. Finally, you will be rewarded with a home-brewed lemongrass tea to ease your way back to everyday life.
What Experience do I need?
There are no formal entry requirements; however, to maximise the benefits of this session, it is highly recommended that you attend the ‘Discover Yoga‘ workshop.
