Discover Yoga Workshop is a life-changing session. Through this workshop, our experienced and, most importantly, certified Yoga and Mindfulness teacher will guide you in understanding the basics of yoga, including breathing (pranayama) and meditation. Also, yoga poses and at-length anything and everything around the equipment.
