The core element of each exercise is the “Druid’s Fist”, which creates an energy circuit through which the life energy in our body circulates for longer. In other words, the Wyda exercises aim to balance subtle energies. The purpose is to facilitate deep self-awareness through bodily perception and strengthen mental, spiritual, and physical levels.

This ancient and profound practice traces its origins back to the revered Druids, the spiritual leaders of the Celts. As shown above, Druids were renowned for their profound connection with nature and ability to guide those searching for spiritual enlightenment. 

Also known as Yoga of the Celts, Wyda shares the same philosophy as Qi Gong and Yoga regarding physical and energetic exercises and mindfulness through intention. Therefore, by aligning ourselves with the natural world, we can unlock a sense of harmony that, in other words, enriches our existence and instils a newfound sense of contentment.

What experience do I need?

There are no formal entry requirements; however, you are highly recommended to attend the 'Discover Yoga and Meditation' workshop to maximise the benefits of this session.
