As you step into our oasis, you’ll first be enveloped by a harmonious blend of relaxing passionflower, warming ginger, and sweet cinnamon, on this occasion, all set against a breathtaking canal view. Then, you can immerse yourself in the healing power of Tibetan sound baths, which are known to alleviate mood conditions and enable relaxation. 

THE TECHNIQUE

Our sessions combine recognised methods such as autogenic training, a simple, safe, and drug-free relaxation technique that offers a profound sense of relaxation. 

Following this, our chakra meditation will recharge your body and promote the free flow of energy. For one thing, we place a particular emphasis on healing and aligning the body’s energy centres.  After that, the session ends with guided visualisations to relieve stress. As a result, don’t be surprised if you leave with a bounce and suddenly feel genuinely reborn.

WHAT ARE CHAKRAS?

Firstly, Chakras refer to energy points in your body, and consequently, they are thought to provide subtle energy that helps your organs, mind, and intellect work at their best level.

The chakras are interconnected energy centres corresponding to specific nerve bundles and major organ systems within the body.
