AYURVEDIC DIET AND LIFESTYLE

Holistic Well-being

Ayurvedic Diet and Lifestyle offer a holistic approach, a pathway to rejuvenation, basically, for anyone looking to enhance their well-being and preserve youthfulness at every stage of life.
In other words, Ayurveda will encourage specific lifestyle interventions and natural therapies. Furthermore, the Ayurvedic lifestyle is a gentle and balanced alternative to regain harmony between the body, mind, spirit, and the environment.

Above all, Ayurveda’s holistic and scientific approach improves and deepens the practical work of physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, and other health professionals.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN THIS AYURVEDIC DIET AND LIFESTYLE WORKSHOP?

First, in this workshop, an experienced and, most importantly, certified Ayurvedic Lifestyle Teacher will help you recognise your constitutional type, identify imbalances, and recommend dietary and lifestyle modifications.
In addition, you will also have the opportunity to receive customised recommendations tailored to your specific needs. Furthermore, you will learn to make informed choices that align with your unique constitution and lifestyle.
Finally, you will receive a comprehensive PDF containing valuable and practical information, including some Ayurvedic recipes to explore.

AYURVEDIC DIET AND LIFESTYLE - WHAT IS IT

The Ayurvedic diet is a holistic nutrition system rooted in the ancient Indian medicine called Ayurveda.

According to Ayurveda, illness originates from consciousness imbalance. On that account, Ayurveda promotes balance and well-being through personalised dietary guidelines based on an individual’s unique constitution, or “dosha.”

Although the Ayurvedic diet has specific guidelines for each dosha, the diet as a whole encourages eating whole foods like fruits, vegetables, grains, and legumes.

WHAT ELSE SHOULD I KNOW?

Unlike many other diets, the Ayurvedic diet focuses on harmonising these different energies within the body. Thus, you eat according to your body type. Put differently, your body type, or dosha, guides your eating patterns.

Please note individual sessions are intended to be informational and educational. Therefore, in any case, they are not a substitute for a licensed professional’s advice, treatment, or diagnosis.

Who should attend this workshop?

The workshop is open to everyone and requires no previous experience in Ayurveda. However, if you want to learn about the principles of the Ayurvedic diet, we recommend attending the Ayurveda Science Fundamentals workshop.
