After purchase, you’ll receive a short message from Orenna Wellness to confirm your preferred time (or the scheduled time for group sessions). Once confirmed, your private Google Meet link will be shared for online services.
We keep this process intentionally minimal, discreet, and calm.
Timing (time zone)
All times are confirmed in UK time (GMT/BST). Your booking message will clearly state the date, time, and joining details (for online sessions).
How booking works
Private Sessions (1:1 Tuition / Guided Practice)
After purchase, we’ll invite you to confirm a suitable time. Sessions may include a brief check-in and learning-led guidance alongside a gently guided practice (non-clinical).
Online Practice (non-clinical)
If you book an online practice session, you’ll receive your joining details and any simple preparation notes before your session.
Workshops / Group sessions
You’ll receive the session time, joining details, and what to prepare ahead of the event.
Programmes / Signature Programmes (wellbeing programmes)
After purchase, you’ll receive your suggested cadence, next steps, and any relevant access links. Programmes are structured wellbeing pathways with gentle guidance and support (non-clinical). They are not clinical care, and they are not professional training or certification.
Retreats
You’ll receive joining instructions and practical details in advance (location/time/what to bring). Where relevant, we’ll share any suitability notes and a simple preparation guide.
If you prefer a private recommendation before booking, you can use Enquire and we’ll suggest the most fitting pathway—quietly and without pressure.

Health, safety, and suitability
Orenna Wellness provides non-clinical wellbeing support. We do not assess medical fitness, and we cannot advise on medical suitability. Your safety remains your responsibility. Participation is voluntary and self-directed—you are always invited to choose the gentlest option, pause, or stop at any time.
Before participating, please consider the following:
- If you are pregnant (including prenatal practice): consult your midwife/doctor before starting, and follow any guidance given to you. If you receive medical advice to modify or avoid certain movements, please tell us in advance so we can keep the practice conservative and appropriate.
- If you have an injury, pain, a diagnosed condition, or any health concern: consult a qualified healthcare professional before participating.
- If you have had recent surgery, dizziness/fainting episodes, or any symptoms that make movement uncertain: seek medical advice before taking part.
- If you are under 18: a parent/guardian must enquire before any booking.
During practice, you agree to:
- Move within your comfort range and choose the gentlest option when unsure
- Pause or stop if anything feels painful, unsafe, or unsteady
- Seek appropriate professional support if you have concerns about your health
Cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows (private sessions)
- Reschedule/cancel with 48 hours’ notice: we’ll offer a reschedule to a mutually agreed time.
- Within 48 hours / no-show: the session is considered used (as the time has been reserved exclusively for you).
- If we need to reschedule, you’ll be offered a new time or a refund — your choice.
Programmes, workshops & retreats (access and refunds)
- Programmes / Signature Programmes: once a programme has started or access has been issued, fees are not refundable. If you need to move dates before the start, we’ll aim to accommodate a transfer where possible.
- Workshops / events: places are limited; bookings are generally non-refundable, but you may request a transfer to a future date if available.
- Retreats: due to venue planning and limited places, refunds are typically restricted; if a transfer is possible, we will confirm the available options in writing.
Online delivery and connection issues
Please join 2–3 minutes early. If your connection drops, rejoin using the same link. If a technical issue on our side prevents delivery, we’ll reschedule or refund—your choice. If the issue is on the client side (device/internet), we’ll make reasonable efforts to continue or reschedule, subject to availability.
Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure)
If an event beyond our reasonable control affects delivery (for example: venue closure, severe weather disruption, public health restrictions, or similar), we will contact you promptly. Where possible, we will offer a reschedule, transfer, or credit. Refunds may be limited where non-recoverable costs have been incurred, but we will always act fairly and transparently.
Non-clinical and liability note
All sessions, workshops, programmes, and retreats are offered as education and non-clinical wellbeing support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional. By participating, you confirm you are responsible for your own wellbeing and decisions, including seeking medical clearance where appropriate.
Recording, screenshots & materials (protected content)
Recording (audio/video), screen-recording, photography, or screenshots of sessions are not permitted. Session content and any materials shared are for your personal use only and must not be copied, distributed, or taught to others.
If recording is suspected or requested, we may pause or end the session to protect privacy and intellectual property.
Privacy (minimal by design)
We use your details only to manage your booking and reply to you. No marketing. We do not sell your data.
