What happens
We begin with a short check-in (energy, goals, preferences). Then we practise a bespoke blend of breathwork, meditation, and carefully selected postures. You’ll leave with a simple personalised note: what we did, what to repeat, and how to progress.
Format
Online (worldwide), or in-person by arrangement. Sessions are quiet, unhurried and guided with clear cues. Non-clinical wellbeing support only.
Duration
60 minutes (standard). 75 minutes available by request. If you’re pregnant, postpartum, or need adaptive pacing, we’ll shape the rhythm accordingly.
