Guest Information
A few considered details to help you feel comfortable and prepared for your time at Orenna.
Your Orenna experience is private and individually prepared. This guide brings together the practical information you may wish to know before visiting, from clothing and accessibility to refreshments and personal preferences.
If you have a question or an individual requirement, you are welcome to contact us before your appointment.
Before Your Visit
Each Orenna experience begins with a personal consultation. This allows us to understand what you would like to explore, your previous experience and any relevant considerations.
We then use this information to prepare your practice, guidance and environment. You can also discuss accessibility requirements, practical preferences or anything that may contribute to your comfort.
Your appointment confirmation will include the relevant arrival details. Please arrive at your agreed time rather than significantly earlier, as we prepare the space individually for each guest.
Your Arrival & Personal Essentials.
Very little is required for your Orenna experience. We provide everything needed for your practice, including yoga mats, bolsters, blankets, blocks, straps and other suitable supports.
You are welcome to bring your own clean yoga mat and water bottle if you prefer. Clean socks and an additional layer for warmth may also be useful. If you rely on a particular personal item or support, please let us know beforehand so we can discuss how to accommodate it.
Free parking is available directly outside the premises. Your appointment confirmation will include the information you need for your arrival. If you expect to be delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee an extension beyond your scheduled appointment time.
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you and your practitioner. No group class takes place during your experience, allowing you to enjoy your time in a private setting.
Please place your mobile phone on silent during your session. If you need to remain contactable for an important reason, let us know in advance so we can agree on a suitable arrangement.
A designated space is available for your personal belongings while you practise. We recommend bringing only what you need and keeping valuables to a minimum.
Photography, audio recording and video recording are not permitted anywhere on the premises.
Dress Code
Choose comfortable clothing that allows you to move, sit and rest with ease throughout your Orenna experience.
Soft, flexible layers work particularly well for quieter practices, when additional warmth may feel welcome. We recommend garments that remain comfortably in place as you change position, without restricting movement.
Please remove your shoes before entering the practice space. You are welcome to practise in clean socks or bare feet, according to your comfort.

Studio Equipment
Your practitioner will introduce the equipment selected for your session and explain its use where appropriate.
During the practice, you may request a different support or an adjustment. For example, an additional blanket or a change in position may offer greater comfort.
Please allow your practitioner to guide the arrangement of studio props. Afterwards, you can leave the equipment in the practice space, and we will take care of the remaining arrangements.
Toilet & Washing Facilities
Toilet and handwashing facilities are available for your use throughout your visit to Orenna.
Please note that these facilities are not wheelchair-accessible. If you have specific requirements, we welcome your enquiry before booking so we can provide further information.
Your Comfort
Your preferences inform the preparation of your experience. However, they may change during your appointment.
You are always welcome to request a pause, adjust your position or ask for different support. Your practitioner can then explore suitable alternatives with you.
You may also request changes to lighting, sound or temperature.
